Efficient and scalable ERP systems are the backbone of any growing business. During my tenure at Lyco Group, I led the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV Classic to NAV 2018. This strategic upgrade not only improved current operations but also positioned the company for future scalability, including a planned upgrade to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
